Overview
This governance and evidence record defines the scope and buyer use of Website Terms and Conditions. It distinguishes source-qualified company evidence from representative context, private records, expired documents, and claims still requiring approval.
Website use and commercial boundaries
These terms explain how the ThickFilmPCB website and its technical information may be used. Project-specific obligations are established only by the applicable quotation, purchase order, drawing, specification, quality agreement, and signed contract.
- Technical information
- Website guidance is general and does not replace a released drawing, quotation, specification, contract, or validation plan. Values and examples apply only within their stated assumptions and evidence scope.
- Quotations and orders
- Scope, price, lead time, tooling, acceptance, documents, packaging, warranty, and other commercial terms become binding only through the applicable transaction documents.
- Customer files
- Drawings and project data should be supplied only by an authorized party. Confidentiality, access, use, and retention follow the agreement applicable to the inquiry or order.
- Intellectual property
- Website content may not be copied, modified, or redistributed beyond applicable law and expressly granted permission. Customer-design, tooling, process-knowledge, and deliverable rights are controlled by the relevant agreement.
- Acceptable use
- Users must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful material, or use technical information in a misleading or unsafe manner.
- External resources
- Links and cited sources are provided for technical context. Their availability, accuracy, terms, and continued suitability are controlled by their respective owners.
- Contact and changes
- Questions about website use or a project should be sent through the Contact page. Updated terms apply from the date they are posted and do not alter an already signed agreement.
